The first thing I did when I decided to give my girlfriend a bridal shower was to put together a list of everything I was going to need for thte shower. Next to the other decorations and presents, they were a real eye-catcher. You should see all the cute litte favor boxes you can get for just about any ocassion you are planning on celebrating. The boxes I selected had floral designs, and I piled them neatly on a cake platter and set them on the table with all the presents. It looked very decorative like that and each lady just took a gift from the plate. As thank you gifts I decided on manicure sets for everyone, and I bought a few extra gifts as prizes for the party games we were going to play. Some of the other odds and ends I used for door prizes were adorable little bath soaps, make-up mirrors, and novelty keychains.
I went online and got some great game ideas for the party too. There was a real funny one called ‘Take It Off ‘ where everyone puts a paper bag over their heads and then the hostess tells everyone to remove one article, and you’d be surprised how many ladies don’t think to remove the bag. It’s comical to watch that game unfold, and it’s a good way to see just how smart your friends are. We had a hoot playing bridal bingo and some other activities, too. Deciding to surf the web was an excellent thing to do since I saw all kinds of things I could use and a good portion of them were very affordable. I made out alright purchasing my favors and invitations from them. The things I purchased were well made, and I spent a lot whole less than I thought I would have to, and had a whole lot more choices. Since the website also sold wedding invitations and favors, I let my friend who was about to get married know about it, since I was sure she could use a wide selection to pick from. So, maybe ordering her accessories and reception supplies from here will help her out in the planning and the finances. The bridal shower wouldn’t have been as good without it.
